And yes, he is. Mr. Fluffernutter, or Mr. Fluff for short, is definitely the most adorable cat I've ever seen.

Oh ah... I beg your pardon! My name is Alice! I didn't mean to - that is, I was speaking with Samantha, you see.

And he is absolutely handsome! I wish I could have a cat, I simply adore cats. They might be my favorite animal! Mr. Fluff is a lovely cat, you should be very pleased with him, I should think.

Alice, it's okay. My phone's been messing up too.

And I'm glad you think so. I like cats too. I think the only pet I'd rather have is like...maybe a chocobo.

Why can't you have a cat, though?

I've had far more problems with a phone in the past two weeks than I ever did without one in seven years.

[Alice, you don't even remember being one, how could you know?]

Chocobos do seem rather nice, I would like to ride one, I think!

I just moved in with Mr. Lee and Mr. David, I don't think I could or should ask for a pet. What if that makes them not want to keep me?

Oh you just got roommates?  Alright, I guess that makes sense.

I missed the Founder’s Day thing, but I heard that there were chocobos you could ride there.  Kinda bummed but I was super busy.  Guess you were too.

I just got a foster father! Two, I guess, since I have Mr. David too, but Mr. Lee is the one on the paperwork.

I missed it too, I wonder if they'll have them again somewhere.

I'm seven! Though I'll be eight in May.

Seven huh. You're a third as old as me. Makes me feel like an old biddy.

A third? So then... you're 21?

That's not old at all!

Well maybe! But compared to seven it feels like a lifetime.

Plus, what if I want to be a cranky old biddy, huh?

... Well, then we should get you some knitting needles, cranky old biddies all have knitting needles. And we'll have to put your hair up in a bun.

Well that might be a problem. I always wear braids, and I don’t think a bun would work for me. Also, I can’t knit, so I don’t have them. Maybe I can be the old librarian type, with pens instead.

We still have to get you a knitted shawl though.

Well, then little old lady librarian seems like the best type for you. We need to get you oodles of kitties.

Well I don't have a boyfriend or kids, and don't want either...but a shoe.

Oh, man that could be fun. Especially if it's one of those wheeled shoes that lights up! Then it'd be like my house and my car.

Then you could have an RV home! Would you have to move everything to the heel to activate the wheel?

Perhaps! That sounds like an awesome idea. If I ever win the lottery, I'm making it happen.

Oh I don't wish to live in a shoe, I rather live in a grand tree house!
